4. Credit/Debit Card and Payment Information

Zyada takes the protection of customers' payment information seriously.

Credit and debit card transactions may be processed through an authorized and secure third-party payment service provider.

Where customers enter payment card information through the payment provider's secure payment environment, Zyada does not receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers, CVV security codes, or other complete card credentials.

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information provided specifically for payment processing will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased by Zyada to unauthorized third parties.

Zyada App will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

Payment card details required to complete a transaction are provided directly to the authorized payment processor and relevant financial institutions through their secure payment systems.

Zyada may retain non-sensitive transaction information where necessary, such as:

• Transaction reference.
• Order number.
• Payment status.
• Transaction amount.
• Currency.
• Transaction date.

Zyada does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.

5. Data Protection and Security

Zyada applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against:

However, no electronic system, storage method, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
